Growing up surrounded by the hustle and bustle of one of the country's key logistics centers, he developed a deep appreciation for the art of delivery and the importance of getting products into the hands of customers efficiently and reliably.

Myrick’s journey in logistics began with a foundational understanding of supply chain management, which he complemented with hands-on experience at various companies. Over the years, he honed his skills in operational efficiency, customer service, and strategic planning, all while building a reputation for integrity and excellence. His passion for logistics is matched only by his commitment to fostering strong relationships with clients and partners alike.

In 2019, Myrick founded Pursuit Passion Purpose LLC (P3 Transport) with a vision to revolutionize final mile logistics. He recognized that the last leg of delivery is not just about transporting goods; it’s about creating meaningful connections between businesses and their customers. Under his leadership, P3 Transport has grown into a trusted partner for businesses looking to enhance their delivery capabilities.

With a profound commitment to serving others and a wealth of experience in logistics, Specialist Kearney brings a strong background in transportation management to our trucking company. After enlisting in the United States Army in 2010, he dedicated eight years to the Quartermaster Corps, where he honed his skills in logistics, supply chain management, and team leadership. Rising through the ranks to become a Quartermaster Specialist, he was responsible for overseeing logistics operations, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely distribution of essential supplies.

Specialist Kearney's expertise in logistics is rooted in a long tradition that dates back to the 1700s, where the safe transportation of equipment and personnel was vital to mission success. Throughout his military career, he was part of a dedicated team that executed critical logistics missions, showcasing his ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

In parallel with his military service, Specialist Kearney gained valuable industry experience at one of the world’s largest logistics distributors, Walmart. There, he excelled in managing inventory levels, planning efficient delivery routes, processing shipments, and enhancing customer relations. His leadership skills were further developed as he supervised and trained team members, instilling a culture of excellence and accountability.
